Manufacturer Warranty Policy

### 1. Warranty Period & Coverage
Every XUCHU energy storage system (including battery modules, BMS controller, and cabinet enclosures) is backed by a manufacturer warranty of 5 years or 8,000 charge cycles (whichever comes first), calculated starting from the buyer's receipt date.

### 2. Battery Capacity Retention Guarantee
We guarantee that the LFP battery system will maintain at least 70% of its nominal rated capacity within the warranty period, provided the system is operated in accordance with standard user manuals and recommended temperature thresholds (0°C to 45°C).

### 3. Exclusions & Limitations
This manufacturer warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Intentional damage, neglect, or improper installation by non-certified technicians.
- Operating outside the specified voltage, current, or environmental temperature bounds.
- Force majeure events, including lightning strikes, floods, fires, or grids instability.
- Unauthorized modifications or structural tamperings.

### 4. Service Claim Procedure
To request warranty assistance or spare parts:
