Spanning over 25,000 m² of land area, the base runs a 1.5GWh standardized energy storage production line with fully automated assembly lines, high-precision laser welding, and automated cell sorting systems. Every battery module undergoes comprehensive load capacity testing and thermal testing before packaging.
From automated cell matching to structural enclosure, BMS integration, and multi-stage load simulation testing, every battery module undergoes thorough verification to satisfy international compliance standards.
