Distributor Joining & Support Policy

### 1. Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from established solar and energy storage distributors, EPC contractors, wholesalers, and regional trading companies with an existing sales network, warehousing capability, and after-sales support infrastructure in their target market.

### 2. Application Requirements
- Valid business registration / trading license in the applicant's home country.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, battery storage, or related electrical equipment distribution.
- A dedicated sales and technical support team capable of handling customer inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
- Financial capacity to meet the minimum first-order quantity (MOQ) as agreed per market.

### 3. Application & Approval Process
1. Submit a completed distributor application via our contact form or directly to our regional sales manager, including company profile and target market details.
2. Our business development team will review the application and may schedule a video call or factory visit.
3. Upon approval, both parties sign a Distributor Agreement outlining territory rights, pricing tiers, and annual sales targets.
4. Once the agreement is signed, the distributor gains access to marketing materials, technical documentation, and dedicated after-sales support.

### 4. Distributor Support & Benefits
- Tiered pricing based on order volume and exclusivity level.
- Co-branded marketing materials, product training, and installation guidance.
- Priority technical support with a dedicated account manager.
- Access to warranty claim processing and spare parts on behalf of end customers.

### 5. Ongoing Requirements
Distributors are expected to maintain minimum annual purchase volumes, uphold brand and pricing guidelines, and provide first-line customer support within their territory. Non-compliance may result in review or termination of the distributor agreement.
